Lukas Käll holds a Ph.D. from Karolinska Institutet and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington, USA. His research group focuses on developing machine-learning methods to facilitate the interpretation of high-throughput experiments. He has created several bioinformatics tools, including Phobius, MaRaCluster, and Percolator. Currently, Lukas Käll is a Professor of Applied Systems Biology at KTH - Royal Institute of Technology and a member of the Science for Life Laboratory.
