Preparations for lecture on Pathway Analysis

As a preparation for the Pathway Analysis convocation, make yourself acquainted with the material below.

1. Read the chapters on Pathway analysis and Example of ORA and GSEA.
2. Read Subramanian et al, Gene set enrichment analysis: A knowledge-based approach for interpreting genome-wide expression profiles. Feel free to skip the “Results” section of the paper.
3. Find a pathway that you know something about in your previous education in reactome database
